co-founded John Keister & Associates and The Stanton Group in 1987 and is
uniquely qualified as an executive recruiter
in a technical world. He combines his
knowledge of recruitment and placement
practices, gained through more than 21 years
of work in executive search, with several
years of experience in the engineering
field. As an engineer, John enjoyed a mix of
design and development positions with
Chrysler, Bendix (now Honeywell), Martin
Marietta (now Lockheed Martin), Northrop,
and Motorola. John remains active in the
technical community and has been an invited
speaker at meetings and other events.

is a co-founder of John Keister & Associates and The Stanton Group. Her
background in mathematics and statistics
enabled her to hold a variety of technical
roles with Allstate Insurance and the
American Medical Association. Beth also
spent several years as an independent
consultant and software trainer, helping
wary users learn to love their computers.
Beth has a well-developed proficiency in
information research and the Internet, and a
tendency to promote mathematics as a way of
life.
